Well this was a special one, and I must admit it was probably the most nervous I'd been before a wedding - because it was the wedding of a fellow florist!
You might remember Beth, she used to work with us Floreat!! She is a very special person, and a very talented florist, and about 3 years ago, started her own business, Dandy Flora!
When she asked me to do the flowers at her wedding to her beau Martyn, of course I said yes!! But the pressure to make sure the florist's wedding flowers are perfect - is real!!
Beth knew what she wanted, and showed me lots of inspiration images, but in the end, she left it to me. Even more pressure :)
But we were happy to know Beth loved the flowers, and I have to say, I thought they were great too!!
The ceremony was in the beautiful Mint Courtyard, and the look Beth was going for was all white, but Constance Spry vibes. Airy, grassy, natural.
Then everyone went to the beautiful Grounds of Alexandria for the reception!
