A few years ago, faced with a surplus of fresh vegetables grown on their farm between Camden and Picton on Sydney's outskirts, Eugalo's Freda and Andrew created the most amazing range of condiments for their customers at Sydney's Flower Markets.

Fast-forward a few years, they are so popular they are now made in huge quantities, and there is enough for everyone!

Their bread and butter cucumber is the perfect accompaniment to a ploughman's lunch, but Freda said she just eats them on their own as a snack!
