Floreat Loves : Top Ten of the Week : 15 September

by Jane Lampe |

A Sunday special this week!! 10 images from the gram that have inspired us over last week - and this weekend!!

1. Natural Art Flowers

We are always a fan of using seasonal flowers, and it's always very exciting when we have the opportunity to use flowers that are only in season for a short time! Wisteria is starting to bud up here in New South Wales - we need a job to use this in, it's looking amazing in this combo that Perth based florist Natural Art Flowers have put together!

2. Emily Thompson Flowers

NY based Emily Thompson Flowers created the most amazing rolling meadows for Jason Wu's return to the runway.

 3. Jardan Furniture

Our friends at Jardan Furniture launched their Weekend Collection last week. Every piece just makes you feel like it is the weekend, it is literally relaxing! Inspiring us with natural, neutral florals to compliment their amazing pieces in store.

4. Brooke Dalton

Our lovely friend Brooke from Narrabri paints the most amazing still life's, and we love her choice of flowers and colours. Brooke currently has an exhibition at Michael Reid Gallery in Murrurundi, but this one is on it's way to Moree Gallery soon!

5. Liberty Fabrics

Liberty's pretty prints, inspiring us since scrunchies were in - the first time in 1989!!

6. natalie alamein

Natalie's RG of Oceanview Club and The Rhapsody - and simple but stunning carribean style styling - sometimes some palm leaves are all you need!! Inspiring her new range - The Botanist and his Jaguar.

7. Brrch Floral

Another NY based florist Brrch Floral and amazing styling and florals for the Rodarte and Cole Hann collar.

8. Fjura

London based (and former Sydney Florist) Simone's unstructured and unique arrangements are always a huge inspiration to us.

9. Lucinda Chambers

I've recently discovered former British Vogue Fashion Director Lucinda Chambers Insta page - she is currently co-founder of Collagerie. I love Lucinda's love for colour - specifically green. And I've always been a big fan of lots of plates on a wall. I love this image.

10. J_AIME

Gunnar making it in again - what an amazing idea - a 12 ft lily rope. I would have loved to see what she did with this!!!
